Experience the Infrared sauna for relaxation and rejuvenation. We now offer sauna and massage treatments or sauna only sessions.
Saunas use radiant heat to deeply penetrate the body directly, to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Other benefits are though to be:

Our Infrared Sauna Experience
Before your Appointment and FAQs
Bring a water bottle with you into the sauna to stay hydrated. It's essential to drink water before, during, and after the sauna session. You can open the door for fresh air or reduce or increase the temperature at any time. Please Note there is no shower available.
Upon Arrival
Arrive at the massage clinic a little early to allow time for a sauna orientation with Kareena. No special clothing is required for the sauna session. You can choose to wear no clothes or bring a swimsuit or underwear if you prefer. It's best to have clean skin with no oil or makeup. A towel will be provided for you to use during and after the sauna session. You can use the towel to sit on while in the sauna and to dry off afterward, you will also have a cool damp hand towel available to help you to feel refreshed after the sauna. Kareena will familiarise you with the sauna controls. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
In the Infrared Sauna
Spend the recommended time in the sauna. A timer counts down and will beep at the end of the session - press the stop button. You may like to open the door to allow some cooler air inside before getting up. This will help your body to return to a normal temperature.
Following your Spa
Use the towels provided to pat yourself dry after the sauna session. If you are using the sauna only, once dressed please open the internal door and Kareena will return to escort you out. You might like to sit on the veranda for a few minutes to have a drink before getting on with your day.
Preparation for Massage
The combination of infrared sauna and massage can be a wonderful way to enhance your overall well-being. If your massage appointment follows the sauna session, you can now prepare for your massage by lying on the massage table with a fresh towel covering you (towels will be warming on the heater near the sauna). Kareena will knock and reenter the room to commence the massage treatment. Relax and enjoy your massage session.
Post-Massage and Feedback
After your massage, take your time to get up and get dressed. Open the internal door and Kareena will re-enter. All feedback is welcome, if you have any comments or concerns about the sauna or massage experience please let Kareena know.
